Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns once the package is opened. If there is any problem, please, send us an email immediately and do not open the soap. Once you open the product, we can not accept it for return or refund due to hygienic issues.

What’s the minimum order amount?

There is no minimum other. Though please consider the postal cost. The most economical way is the multiple orders using the maximum weight of 2kg (maximum weight is 2 kg including wrapping).

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to the UK primarily. As the soaps have a safety assessment certificate up to European Union standard, it is possible to order from EU countries. Please, email me to check availability.

Can I cancel my order? Why is my order cancelled?

Yes, you can by emailing me, but it can be done only before shipping the product. After that, I do not accept cancelling.
I, as a business owner, reserve the right to cancel any orders due to human or computer mistake. I do my best to satisfy my customers, but mistakes happen. In case of cancelling email will be sent.

Are these soaps are organic or natural?

Blue Leaf Soaps are natural, but not organic. Though I use some organic ingredients too, but it depends on availability. I the near future, I plan to make organic soaps too.

general information

My soaps are all natural. I do not use synthetics and chemicals. The only chemical is the lye, which turns the oils into soap but does not remain in the final product. Lye can be made from the natural source of ash. A long time ago, women made it by soaking and cooking in water. Nowadays we use industrial lye. The oils, butter and fats are all natural, some of them organic, as well as the herbs and essential oils. The colours are natural too. I do not use synthetic colouring, nor food colouring. The oils, herbs and botanicals, and essential oils have their own colour and give natural hue to the soaps.
The soaps are for cleansing the skin. We do not claim to have a healing effect on disease. Please, if you have an illness, seek medical advice. These soaps can be a great part of a healthy lifestyle due to not having chemicals in it and due to the herbal and botanical ingredients, but these are not medicine.
My soaps are suitable for all type of skin including sensitive skin, dry skin, eczematic skin.The naturally occurring glycerin nourishes the skin, makes it healthy and hydrated.
All of my soaps have a cosmetic safety assessment certificate which is valid in the UK and the EU.
It is very unlikely to be allergic these soaps, but if irritation occurs, discontinue use. If you have sensitive skin, I suggest starting with the Basic Shea Butter Body Soap, as it has no added fragrance or colouring.
All of the soaps are gluten-free, palm oil free, paraben free, formaldehyde free, no animal testing.
